Once it ships, domestic (US) orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days, and international orders can take 5–20 business days depending on your country and customs processing. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Delivery times and any customs fees vary by country — customs/import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Why does shipping cost vary from order to order?
Our products are made and shipped from a global network of production facilities across the US, Europe, Canada, and Asia, and each order is automatically routed to the facility closest to you whenever possible. However, not every product is stocked at every facility — if the item you ordered isn't available at the closest location, it may need to be fulfilled from a facility further away or shipped internationally instead. This is also why shipping costs and delivery estimates can differ slightly from order to order, even for similar items.
What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong?
We've got you covered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or issue a refund — no need to send anything back.
Can I return or exchange an item for a different size or if I change my mind?
Because everything is made to order just for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, color, or a change of mind. Please check our size chart carefully before ordering. If there's an actual defect or error on our end, see above — we'll always make it right.
